DC Unlimited and MyDC Dairies

The VAS Developer API supports dairies that use either version of the world's most trusted dairy herd management solution, VAS PULSE Platform: DC Unlimited or MyDC.

Though both versions allow dairies to access their data from any current device with a web browser, there are some differences between the versions that can affect the dairy's user experience. For example, some VAS Developer API data is currently supported for only one version of PULSE. These specific instances are noted in the data schema details of affected endpoints.

DC Unlimited dairies can use DairyComp 305, PULSE, and the mobile app. With DC Unlimited, dairies can enter herd data into DairyComp 305 and then review that data or generate reports using PULSE or the mobile app. With DC Unlimited, dairies have access to our full list of partner-product integrations, dashboard widgets, and additional reporting options at no additional cost.

MyDC includes PULSE and the mobile app. Data entry and retrieval are performed entirely through PULSE using a web browser or the mobile app. MyDC offers a powerful solution at a lower per-animal cost that includes a suite of structured reports and partner-product integrations available through PULSE.
